John
Hills, Fleischmann UK has kindly agreed to run a DCC (Digital
Command Control) Workshop at our Club premises in May. John will
explain the benefits of DCC and the practicalities of converting
rolling stock and control systems to the new system. It is hoped
that individual participants will have an opportunity to
experience a ‘hands-on’ demonstration of DCC during the day. The
day will conclude with a ‘Question and Answers’ session.

As places are limited early
booking is advisable. The last date for receipt of bookings is

April 2007. There
is a €10 booking fee (less 10% discount for SDMRC members) to
cover expenses, 50% of which will be refundable if notice of
cancellation is received at least 21 days prior to the event.
